kch at its best

i truly love my hometown..
eventho sumtimes it gets boring..
nothing much to do..
no high end, gigantic, shopping complexes to go to when u feel like splurging (ehem bila ka ada duit nak splurge?)
no trendy cafes to rilex or chillex(WEKK! I HATE THIS WORD!)
no cheap flea markets where ud get great bargains, cheap hair clips, pins and unnecessary stuffs.
no baskin robins, haagen dasz, new zealand ice cream parlors, showcasing hundreds of my fave ice creams.

but, kch have its own appeal..
we haf little shops that sells funky traditional ethnic stuffs such as bracelets, hair clips, rings, that is so cheap ( kalau rajin cari its dekat depan waterfront)definitely beats the plastic things ud find at diva. ahha
we haf encik swee kang, lock ann, boon khai to satisfy our sugar cravings where they sell delicious variety of ais kacang. its 100% NOT LIKE THE ABC THEY SELL IN KL! n far far farrrr better. so much better than spending rm15 for one venti ice blended. its only rm2.++ per bowl.
we haf mee kolok, laksa sarawak, umei ja', linut, i doubt u can find it in kl. its sarawak delicacies. if u haf the opportunity to come here. u should try some.
we haf so many places u can go, such as the beautiful sandy beaches, clean cold rivers, green serene mountains to climb on.. and the important appeal is, its NOT CROWDED~
our traffic jams are minor. keke only during certain hours and on certain roads. so! less stress when driving.
if i really feel like shopping, we can go to the spring, where there's padini (fine! its nothing! but still!) or u can always opt for online shopping. nicer stuff by the way! hehe
ahh! n there's always SERIKIN! hahaha u can get great great great bargains there! if u noe how to look, ull get the nicest cheapest handbags there!~

owh! i can go on and on.
but im truly happy now. coming back to kch.
i really need this holiday!
after the grueling finals i had last sem!

and lastly, THE COMPANY HERE IS SUPERB!
i really missed talking in bahasa sarawak to random ppl and the hawkers.

but.. im coming to kl this June.. ahahaha need to do some shopping!! and i miss my loud friends and yummy western foods!!!
