baking adventures

hallu!

as i said, i would post something on my baking adventures.
please do not expect kehebatan chef mahaguru merawangsa.
im just a girl who loves to bake and experimenting on things.

i went back to kch for 10 days, and when im home, im allowed to bake as much as i can!! huahaha
even my parents when they come back home after work, will knock on my door and ask
 " kueh apa polah ko ritok tek?"
chis bedebah!!! but i love baking so... no complaints =)

for today's baking adventure theme, it issssssss BANANAS!

how can u NOT go bananas with bananas!!!? haha lame i noe. cheh!
(and as i was googling for bananas images, i found this. haha lawak!)

ok berbalik kepada adventure ku yang cool ini.

i baked:

• Banana and Cinnamon cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting

 i personally like this one simply coz i love cinnamon! but make sure to buy good quality cinnamon coz good cinnamon gives a tinge of sweetness. plus the scent is soooo YUM!!
 yg cheapo ones is just pahit! so kids might not like it

and for the cream cheese frosting i used brown sugar coz i like the end color of the cheese =) lagi sesuai for the brownish banana cupcakes.

• Banana and Choc Chips cupcakes with Choc Ganache frosting

My aunt ordered  this cupcakes for her  4 y.o son's teachers day celebration.
